Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
Payment can be made in installments upon request—please contact us for further details. Please note that full payment for the entire term is required by the end of the term. If you choose to withdraw before the term concludes, no discounts or refunds will be issued, and you will remain liable for the full term’s fees.

*Craft Masters Academy* reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at - academy@craftmastersacting.com.
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, *Craft Masters Academy* will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
Trial Sessions are chargeable at £10, if you then go on to book a place on the term, this cost will be deducted from your first term payment.
